At PKY Premier Carp Bait every batch of bait is made fresh to order to ensure top quality and performance. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ll always do our best to resolve any issues that arise.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All of our baits are made to order, which means production starts shortly after you complete your checkout.
Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights if there is a fault or problem with your order (see section 2 below).
2. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
We can offer a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item or an incorrect quantity;
- The product was damaged, spoiled, or defective upon arrival; or
- Your order was lost in transit or did not arrive.
We cannot offer refunds or returns for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or stored incorrectly;
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery; or
- Orders cancelled after checkout.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@pkycarpbait.co.uk.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
- We’ll review your request within 2–3 working days and let you know the next steps.
If approved, we’ll either:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the problem was our fault (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we’ll cover all shipping costs.
- If a return is accepted for another reason, the customer will be responsible for return postage.
